This is the complete first issue ACTIONman Royal Marine Mountain and
Arctic set. The second issue of this set is very similar except
that rubber web gear with pouches replaced the canvas pouch and belt
shown here.
This is the Hasbro Annapolis Cadet set on a
painted hair Joe. The set is all original and complete - except
that the sword handle is a reproduction (taken from the Cotswold
sword). When I got the scabbard, the original sword blade
was inside it, and I was eventually able to retrieve it!!!
This is an ACTIONman Jungle Explorer set.
This set came with a few configurations of equipment based on which
cards your purchased. This is only one way it could be
assembled.
This is my electrical worker Joe. All
the items are vintage Hasbro or Palitoy. Doesn't he look
cool?!?!
This is a complete ACTIONman Grenadier Guard outfit,
except that the chin strap is a replacement.
This was a gift from two of my very good friends, Steve Feezor and
Vic Etherington.
This is the ACTIONman Argyll & Sutherland
Hylander outfit, on a Sea Adventurer Joe. ACTIONman didn't make a red haired
Joe and yet it seemed a natural fit for this outfit - so there you
have it.
The outfit is complete except that I do not have it displayed with
the SLR with white strap. Instead he is shown playing a custom
bagpipe set (made by Brian Cutler).
This is one of my favorites!
This is the Trans-Polar Expedition. It
is really a conglomerate of pieces.
The sled and horses are ACTIONman. The red Polar
outfit is ACTION Team, but the flag sewn to the front is from the
Hasbro set. Accompanying Trans-Polar
Joe (the figure is Hasbro), is a painted head Hasbro Joe wearing ACTIONman Deep Freeze Parka while
looking through an ACTIONman sextant. I call
this complete set up, "Deep Trans-Polar Freeze or Fight for
Survival."
This is a Talking Hasbro AT Astronaut.
His hat is from the Timeless Collection, so if you have a vintage one
for sale or trade please let me know
