BEATLES is spelled out in marijuana weed letters at the bottom of the cover. This is Paul's grave.
Under BEATLES, is a group of yellow flowers arranged in the shape of Paul's guitar. But, when the cover is turned 90 degrees counter-clockwise, it is a "P".
A man's hand, palm out, is above Paul's head. This is a death symbol with religious meaning: "May the Lord bless you and keep you".
Alongside the psychedelic Beatles, there are the Beatles circa 1964. They are sadly looking down at the grave in mourning.
Right under them, is some sort of religious doll with a thick black line down the center of his head. This is to remind us that Paul split his head open in the "accident".
All the way on the right is a Shirley Temple doll with a toy Ashton Martin (Paul's car) in one hand and a bloody driving glove on her other side.
Like the front cover, Paul is straight and the other three are at and angle, again implying support.
If you look closely at George, he is pointing with his right hand. His finger points to the lyric, "Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock", supposedly the time of Paul's death.
Paul's death was covered up by "a little help from my friends".
"I'm fixing a hole" implies digging a grave.
"Wednesday morning at 5 o'clock" is the time Paul was pronounced dead.
"When I get older, losing my hair"- Paul losing his hair in a head injury sustained in a car wreck.
"He blew his mind out in a car/ He hadn't noticed that the lights had changed/ A crowd of people stood and stared/ They'd seen his face before"- This is practically a first-hand account of Paul's tragic accident. The people recognized him but didn't know it was Paul because he was so disfigured.
After "A Day in the Life", there is a secret track called "Sgt. Pepper's Groove". It is assumed that it is SOME sort of clue, although it is not known exactly what the, uh, clue is.
She's leaving HOME after living alone for so many years.
