Shallah Raekwon The Chef

Real Name: Cory Woods

A/K/A: Lou (Lex) Diamonds

Admit it. When you first heard Shallah Raekwon drop knowledge on Wu-Tang's "Can It Be All So Simple" you just knew this cat was about more than just designer clothes and hoes. With his solo album Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... the Chef proved it, bringing out of Shaolin arguably the best solo LP by any Wu member. The first album to bring about the Gambino aliases the Clan are now known so well for, it also gave a new twist to an old Method Man demo, giving a whole new taste to your typical "Ice Cream". With the upcoming solo album tentatively titled Blood On The Chef's Apron slated for a Spring '98 release, all you hungry knuckleheadz don't have to wait. Once again Rae will be cookin up some marvelous shit to get your mouth waterin.
