I think it’s pretty good:) Chapter 2 Max stepped from the bus into the bright sunlight and squinted his eyes. It'd been awhile since he'd seen such direct sunlight. He began walking and since he didn't have anywhere to go he decided to go and eat. Just then he came upon a resturant named the Crashdown. He pulled up his jeans whitch immediately fell back down and went inside. --------------------------------------- Liz was in the back of the restaurant doing inventory when Maria ran in looking flushed but smiling. “Go check out who just came in ,” she said cryptically. I can't, I have work to do, Liz said then tried to start working again. Maria grabbed her arm and pulled her to her feet, “Go and look,” she said. Something about the look in her eyes made Liz take notice, “O.k,” she finally agreed and went to look through the glass in the door. Liz's mouth dropped open when she saw him. “Cute huh,” Maria mumbled looking at her nails. “ More then cute,” Liz whispered back. Maria laughed and left Liz to ogle the new boy. He was wearing a white T shirt and Blue jeans. She could tell he had a good body too and not just from the fitted shirt he wore. and yes she was staring that hard, But because his jeans were low and she could see his hip bones. She loved that. She ran for the kitchen ad leaned on the pick-up table. She felt starting to swoon and tried to stop. That was princesses in fairytales. “Excuse me,” a male voice said from directly in front of her, and there he was. ------------------------------------------------ He saw a girl in a sea foam green out-fit run into the kitchen. He felt his breath catch, she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. He walked up to her and got her attention. “Hi,” he said trying to make conversation, but she just had this horrified look on her face. What happened to you, she asked with concern. He was taken aback by that, why did she care, she didn't know him. Before he could say anything she was around the counter with a damp rag and trying to touch him with it. He tensed and leaned back involluntarilly. He wasn't used to this much attention. She looked shocked then her face softened into a shy smile. “You have blood on you,” She said. Max looked down at his bloody knuckles and remembered the night he left New York. She Pushed his legs apart and leaned farther into him. She wiped the blood off his face then ran her thumb over his upper lip, all done. She then looked up into his eyes. “Well aren't we cozy,” Micheal said. |
