Finally a question that I can relate to. I've tried and tested many different systems (what can I say, I got a green thumb...*wink*), I highly recommend "The Phototron" from Pyraponics Industries in San Diego, CA. Their growing chamber kicks the shit out of those halide systems.
Pick up an issue of High Times, they usually have an ad in there that will give you all the info that you need. Just make sure that you don't forget ol' Tony when harvest time comes!
