The guidelines regarding paper presentation are as under
0) You will be provided with the LCD (powerpoint presentation) as well as OHP (slide presentation). So you should come prepared with the same.
1) Time given to the speaker for paper presentation is 10 minutes. So, there is no limit to the number of slides in your presentation except 'time'.
2) Time for raising and answering queries will be restricted to 5 minutes.
3) The paper will be judged by a panel of judges during presentation and their decision is final
4) Additional time is not permitted for the paper presentation. If anyone is unable to complete in the stipulated time, he will be stopped at that particular point. So, please have this in your presentation plan. In case, he/she wants to continue, this would mean that he/she will lose marks towards the lack of time-management.
5) Each paper can have a maximum of two authors on stage while giving the paper-presentation .
6) For the ease of understanding for the audience, it will be better if all the important points in the paper are covered as a 'gist'. And, then these can be put together in 'one final slide'.
7) Your papers will be scheduled by us and will be put at various slots during the two days of Symposium. So, please do not request us for alterations to the "Symposium Schedule" of your Paper and Other events.

Please, do not forget to tell us your travel schedules (both ways) through mail, once your paper has been selected, to enable us arrange transport to our Institute.
