Follow these simple steps for banner ordering.

1) Please place one of these links on your site.

(you will not receive your banner without this)

2) Send an email to kdawgy@msn.com with "Surfboard Designs Banner Order" in the subject line

Include the following information:

• Title/Description for the banner text 

• Additional Description (what you want to it look like. include photo url's if necessary. please go into detail or tell us to be creative with it)

• The title and URL of your site (just so we get an idea of what the banner is about)

• The desired length and width (in pixels) of your banner. (over 500 by 250 pixels will not be accepted)

• The page with our link on it

• Your Name

• Your email (we will mail you your banner)

• Your state (if in the USA)

• Your country (if outside the USA)

3) Wait for a reply from us with your banner! You may even be featured in our 'See Our Users' section!
