2) Send an email to kdawgy@msn.com with "Surfboard Designs Button Order" in the subject line

Include the following information:

• Title/Description for the button text 

• Additional Description (what you want to it look like. include photo url's if necessary. please go into detail or tell us to be creative with it)

• The desired length and width (in pixels) of your button. (no bigger than 250x100 will be accepted.)

• The page with our link on it

• Your Name

• Your email (we will mail you your button)

• Your state (if in the USA)

• Your country (if outside the USA)

3) Wait for a reply from us with your button! You may even be featured in our 'See Our Users' section!

Note: Multiple orders (more than 2), orders with "Adult" material or XXX contents will be ignored.
