Bringing up the end of the parade are the Spahi and Armorer commanders riding on horseback and surrounded by subordinates at the right of (172b). At a slight distance from them begins a rather disorganized looking contingent that continues into (173a). Vehbi does not indicate who these men are, but the signature of the artist, Levni, appears beneath the mounted figure in the lower left corner of the frame.
