Classroom management and behavior management are euphemisms for student discipline. In today's teaching environment, bullying, stealing and adhd etc; like behaviour are causing severe discipline problems in many classrooms. Teachers constantly need new strategies, ideas, and fresh interpersonal skills for good classroom management and satisfactory education. The links would provide you my observations of different behaviour management programs established in different schools and some innovative theories and skills in managing student behaviour.
