INFORMATION ABOUT APPLYING FOR POSITIONS WITHIN THE SOCIETY:

Temporary Positions:
-Special Field Investigator (writes case studies)
-Gerbil Historian (searches for episodes of gerbils in history to add to our growing timeline)
-AOL Gerbil Chat Emcee (assists with regular gerbil chat sessions)
-Gerbil Journal Columnist (writes articles for our weekly email newsletter)

There are LIMITED numbers available of the following HIGH-RANKING positions:
-Associate Vice President (has direct influence over the development of the website and the organization, and is involved with the creative process behind the Society--2 positions available)
-Associate Awareness Executive (in charge of informing others about our site, through flyers, registration with web search engines, etc.--2 positions available)
-Associate Interaction Coordinator (helps with chat sessions and contests--3 positions available)
-Assistant Subsitute Janitor (doesn't do much of anything--1 position available)
