The first Casson to own the house on Rector Road in Morning View, Kenton County, Kentucky was Everett Rudolph Casson. He and his second wife purchased that property a few years after World War II. The child in the photo was their second child, but first born in Kentucky. The Casson's sold this property to Everett's parents, Rudolph Casson and Easter Belle Tarvin, a few months later.

This view is from the front of the house facing Rector Road across to the non-Casson property on the other side of the road. The webmaster does not know who owned the property across the road at the time of the photo but it was later owned by the Webster Family.
