You real nature is effortless awareness.

All the effort is coming from the mind, the mind tries to manage, to fix, to heal.
And at the end the mind makes things more bad.

So just relax in the moment, just relax in the present, here and now is the only reality. And act spontaneously out of it.

When you are acting spontaneously, it is god that is acting, so you can never be wrong.

Initiation means to be here now without your mind and without your body,
that which remain is the eternal self.

You cannot take initiation because you were always the eternal Self, the Being, the God
