No-Mind means without mind, without thoughts.
Your real nature is effortless awareness, the mind needs effort, needs time, to look back or ahead.
Actually the mind is not something bad, some times i make this mistake.
But the mind, appears to be the only manager, on top of the SELF, which is pure, perfect, without any problem.
We have to come back to our real Self.
The real self is always there. Just we have to look for the self.
We have to try to find what is always there!

No-Mind Reiki

Here now there is no problem.

Out of this reality action can come, spontaneous action, this action is not coming from the ego, its coming from God, You are the God.

So no mind reiki, is the reiki that comes from the present, without any plan, without looking in the past, and without any effort.
