Teycho is the only heir to the Nareubaanbawdee family, the owners of a real estate business that is one of the tops of the country. After both of his parents died, they left a huge inheritance for him by having Noppakhun, his father's helper that is kind of like the housekeeper of the family, to take care of and protect Teycho from the fighting/competing of his relatives like Yutr and Tepin. His uncle and aunt-in-law that is taking care of the business for him. Actually Yutr is a honest person, but Tepin (his new wife) is always teaching him to be greedy wanting everything of Teycho for himself. But always get interfer by Noppakhun.
Even though Teycho is lucky to be born into wealth but is also unfortune to be born with a weak heart and must have a heart transplant by having Sukkarin, his personal doctor and Noppakhun's son, taking care of the donated organs that have been received. Sukkarin grew up with Teycho and is the only friend that Teycho have. Because of his weak health, Nop always nurture Teycho from childhood to being, which causes Teycho to be a stubborn/self-centered person without thinking about anyone else's feelings. And causes grief/annoyance for the people around him except for Pim, Tepin's daughter from her previous marriage. She is submissive to Teycho in everyway because she wants the benefits (his inheritance). She tries to seduce Teycho but he doesn't seem have an interest in her at all. Sukkarin is the only one who is secretly in love with Pim in his heart silently.
Teycho knows well that he can die at any given minute that's why he spends his life doing worthless things everyday without seeing the value of life. And there is nothing that will make Teycho's heart soften down. Sukkarin tries to help therapy Teycho in order to expand his life during his waiting period for a new heart. In which during the time, Teycho meets Morin, an art teacher that Sukkarin hired and the not giving in to anyone personality of Morin makes the both of them collide against one another on the first encounter. Teycho, that no one dares to opposes, is surprise by her actions, and have an interest in her deeply in his heart. She is the first woman to not give into him. While Morin hates Teycho, but she must endure it because of the money it provides for teaching him the arts. And the closeness between Teycho and Morin causes Pim to be angry. So Pimpannee tries to start up something and always insult Morin that she is a low class. It makes Morin want to quit so many times. But the sacrafice from Sukkarin for Teycho touches Morin and she decides to stay and help Teycho again.
Another side of the world that Teycho is living in, Methin, he is a volunteer that is having a difficult time dealing with the problems of drugs that is widely spreading in the society. He gives all his dedication to destroying this vicious thing after the memories of losing his parents to a criminal, a drug dealer escaping from the police, running them over. This is the reason why Methin wants to join Kroo Phad, a former boxing coach, to build a small youth center for the kids in the neighborhood to have many activites like learning the old style of boxing and the style of the old weapons as an alternative for them to not mess with the circle of drug addiction and drug dealing. By having Duen, Kroo Phad's daughter, as another helper. For the people around there Methin might be a great hero, but for Morin, his younger sister of different blood, Methin is not only an older brother but also the only guy who have always been in her heart. Methin knows how Morin feels, but the only thing can he give to her is the love from an older brother to his younger sister. They grew up together after his father had a new marriage with her mother. Morin accept the teaching job in helping therapy Teycho because she wants the money to help make Methin's dream come true. Everyday Morin would tell Methin of Teycho's badness, that Methin is starting to think that within her hate might be an interest hiding without Morin realizing it. But Morin stood strongly with Duen that she loves Methin without knowing that Duen and Methin have a love for each other secretly for several years now. Because Duen doesn't want Morin to be sad, she asked Methin to keep this a secret first.
Everytime Morin comes to teach Teycho he would find ways to annoy her, he wouldn't cooperate with her work. One day after Morin gave Teycho a little speech, Teycho decided to paint. When his painting was done it was late, but he wanted to show Morin his painting, so he drives to her house. At Morin's house, Morin thinks she heard Methin coming home, so she goes outside, at first there seem quiet but out came two thugs. They wanted her to warn Methin about the youth center, to tell him to stop intruding in their business. While holding Morin hostage, they hear noises and it is of Teycho's arrival, They beat up on Teycho a bit, but luckily Methin came in time to save the two. Morin was tramatize and ran to hug Methin tightly, Teycho see this closeness between them and gets jealous. Methin thanks Teycho, which confused him, he finds out Morin had been bearing his troubles because she needed the money to help Methin build the youth center. Misunderstanding that Morin doesn't have any dedication in helping him he goes home and ruin his painting, while doing so he's heart acted up and he had to be look after by Sukkarin.
Teycho wanted to find the strange feelings he has when Morin was near him, doing so, he forces Morin to his house in the countryside where faked a heart attack to keep Morin by his side. After spending a night and two days together Teycho finds out he has fallen in love with Morin. Unfortunately, that night Sukkarin came to talk to him and Morin heard that it was Teycho's plan to get her to stay with him. She is angry at him and wants to go home immediatetly, Teycho tells her he wanted her because when she was near him his heart was beating fast and was stronger than before. But that doesn't stop her from wanting to leave, she stood strong and tells him that her heart only belongs with Methin.
That night Teycho sends Morin home, during that time some thugs were attacking the youth center and trying to get one of their guys back. While they struggle one of the thug try to stab the guy but Duen block and got stab instead. Unsucessful, the thug leaves, Duen lay bleeding with Methin by her side. Morin finds Methin's ring fallen on the ground after Methin carry Duen to the hospital, she knew it was a wedding ring. Before Duen passes, Morin, though sadden, gave the ring to Methin, after Methin put it on Duen's finger, she begin to fade away and finally dies.
After Duen's death, Morin took a few days off from teaching Teycho which had him come over to her. He accused her of taking days off because she found out her love one loves another person, and it wasn't because of Duen's death that she was mourning about. He tells her she should not come to teach him anymore. Teycho had fired her and she no jobs, she had to turn back to Orngard at the art gallery, he wouldn't hire her. Later she recieves a call from Orngard that someone wanted her artwork, so Orngard has no choice but to hire Morin. Morin not knowing that the one buying her artwork is Teycho.
One day while Morin was drawing at a park, she and Teycho meet again. There Teycho has a heart problem, Morin at first doesn't believe, but after he had fallen to the ground she called Sukkarin to help her. Teycho was taken to his house and into the white room (look alike hospital room). Though he had fired Morin, he wanted her to take care of him in his house, Sukkarin was sent as his messenger, he told Morin to reconsider and help him.
Morin packs her clothing and works for Teycho again, acting as a art teacher and a nurse to Teycho. Living with Teycho and spending quality time with him, Morin did not notice she was growing fond of him. One night, when she realized she was falling for Teycho, she got afraid and quit the next day, without telling Teycho but telling Nop. Morin arrives at her house that morning finding that Methin was at Kroo Phad's place as usual. She goes outside when Teycho wanted to confront her. He again accused her of helping him just for the money, annoyed with Teycho, Morin lies to him that she was indeed in just for the money. Teycho is outrage by her response and carries her inside, trying to force himself on her. Methin comes to save Morin.
Outside Methin scolds Teycho when he confessed his love for Morin. Methin question him if he love Morin why did he try forcing himself on her, that he needed to find himself again. After a few days of calming down, Teycho meet up with Methin. Methin tells Teycho how valuable Morin really is and only someone with a good heart deserves her. Methin words made Teycho think.
Teycho buys a ring and decides to propose and confess his love to Morin, but while he was driving his heart acts up. As he swivel his car around, he gets into an accident and hits Methin very hard (Methin who had just came back from signing a contract to donate his heart to Teycho), which causes Methin to be in a vegetable state. To sleep waiting for death.
At the hospital Morin, Kroo Phad, and Pong see Teycho walking toward them with a head injury. Just by his injuries they knew he was the one who crash into Methin. Teycho knew he was guilty and did not utter a word, he stood in the room and let Morin take her anger out by hitting and screaming at him. Her outrage makes him devastated because now the women he loves thinks he crash into her brother on purpose.
After the police investigation, Teycho was free of charges because the crash was an accident and Nop had offer to pay the medical bills. For the dreams of Morin's love one to still be there, she must be stong and stand up to fight for her older brother. Morin goes to visit Methin everyday hoping that he will wake up one day. At the youth center the drug thugs came to bother them again, they torn down the front gate and came out of their car to assault the center. Teycho was there to call the police and get the thugs running off, but still Morin wouldn't forgive him.
One morning Methin lost his breath of life. His heart is being transfer into another patient who is waiting for it and that person is Teycho. While the nurse and doctor try to revive Methin, at Teycho's house begins to have a heart problem, this time it was painful, he end up unconcious on the ground and bleeding from his nose. Nop finds him and takes him to the hospital where Methin's heart was transfer into him.
While Teycho is recovering from the heart transplant, Morin is facing a really big lost. The losing of Methin without never returning. But deeply Morin still feels that Methin have not gone anywhere. His heart is probably still beating within someone on this planet. And that's the thing that make Morin to be strong and be able to face the problems of the kids in the youth center onwards.
After recuperating for a long time, Teycho comes out of the hospital. This causes his relatives that wants to take his inheritance if he dies to be disappointed. Teycho wants to know who his new heart, in his body, had belong to. So he tries to find out, but everything was kept a secret. He wants to reconcile with Morin but always get denied by her. Kroo Phad and the kids at the center at first opposes him, but after seeing his determination to help the kids in the youth center causes them to sympathize him. They try to help him by getting Morin to open her heart and accept him, but it didn't work. Teycho's doing is in Pimpannee's eyes. When she sees that Teycho has a heart, being serious with Morin, her jealousy arises.
In need of money for the youth center, Morin takes a job at Teycho's business. When knowing her boss was going to be Teycho she oppose, but reconsidering her decision she decide to work as Teycho's activity cordinator. Teycho keeps falling in love with Morin, she is also beginning to feel something for him, but her heart still wants to stay loyal to Methin who passed away and won't let no one take place of him. Plus Teycho is also the cause of Methin's death. Since Teycho is associating more with Kroo Phad and the kids at the center, it makes him know another side of the world, which is different from his world of happiness and the easy time. A feeling in Teycho starts to change him. His love for Morin begins to soften his cold heart. It causes Teycho to be more gentle. Now the world has turn back because Teycho wants to become a good person.
Teycho leaves his 1 billion baht business behind to come associate with the kids at the center, in which causes a sensation through out the high society. It's also the cause for Thanee, who is behind the biggest drug ring begins to have trouble because the kids that use to deal his drugs was almost all saved by the center. One day Thanee sends his henchmen to warn Teycho as he came to the youth center. The henchmen ends up stabbing Teycho near the heart and Morin was there to witness it. From this situation, Morin can't deny and accept Teycho's sincerity.
Kroo Phad and the kids decide to help Teycho conquer Morin's heart by showing the arts, that Kroo Phad had taught. Tecyho decided to have fun also and because he is Teycho causes a lot of attraction. A lot of donation money keeps coming in because of the high class people wants to show off and to join be in the news. Even though the high class thinks that Teycho is weird/crazy, but in the end the new center is build by the works of Teycho and the children a the center.
Morin sees Teycho's good sides that she had refuse to open her heart to see. Teycho has change into a different person from the one that she had known. Her feelings for Teycho has change to be at a better level until it turns into love. It troubles Pimpannee when she finds out about the both of them that she separates them apart and successfully and finds out that Methin's heart is inside Teycho's body by sleeping with Sukkarin . So Pimpannee goes tell Morin. It makes that love that is about to form between Morin and Teycho to come crashing down. Morin believes everything that Teycho did, didn't really come from his true feelings, but because of the goodness from Methin's heart. Especially the about love. It isn't Teycho that loves her, but it's from the ordering of Methin's heart to love her. Teycho is disappointed and sad that Morin thinks like that because he himself did not know who's heart he had transfer into him. Morin wouldn't listen to him so he kidnaps her to a secluded island.
No one knows the whereabouts of Teycho and Morin, only Nop recieve a call from Teycho telling him not to worry about him. Teycho had taken Morin to his cabin on a secluded island and kept her there until she forgives him and see's his true love. After many attempts, Morin begin to slowly accept Methin's heart being inside Teycho's body. Teycho on the other hand, thinks that Morin was being soft to him only because of Methin's heart, though it wasn't true. He sends Morin back to Kroo Phad and starts his life over like it had been before Morin step into it.
Everything was going out of hands between Yutr and Teycho's inheritance money. When finding out there was a will for the money to be donated to the youth center if Teycho was ever to die, Yutr and Tepin both went crazy. The first obstacle was to get rid of Nop, second was to force Teycho to sign the contract giving all the money to him. Stress out, Yutr drowns Nop and made it look like a suicide. Both Sukkarin and Teycho are shock by the sudden death, but gave Nop a proper burial.
Morin just gotten outside of the youth center when Yutr arrived and lie to her that Teycho was ill, he got Morin to go with him, though not knowing Pong had witness the scene. That night Teycho recieves a call from Yutr, he was holding Morin as a hostage. At Tepin's house Pong and the kids went to confront Tepin that her husband had taken Morin and they haven't seen her all day. Sukkarin comes and talk Tepin and Pim into telling him where Teycho was, while he rush to find Teycho, he orders Pong and the kids to watch Tepin and Pim until the police arrives.
At an abondon warehouse, Teycho see a contract/will on the table. Yutr comes out holding Morin as a hostage. He threaten Teycho if he doesn't sign the papers he would hurt Morin. After a couple of struggle scenes, Yutr got enough of Teycho's stubborness and pointed gun at Morin. The situation got out of hand than what Yutr had expected because Teycho protected Morin by using his body to block the bullet. When Yutr was going take another shot, Sukkarin comes and struggle with him, while struggling he lets out his anger and tells Sukkarin that he killed Nop. After a brief struggle, the gun goes off and Yutr falls to the ground.In the hospital, Teycho was losing alot of blood so Morin donates her blood to Teycho while Sukkarin was doing surgery, taking out the bullet.
Teycho finds out he is in a critical condition and he may die at any given minute due to blood leakage since the bullet had rip a whole in the heart. Teycho's body and Methin's heart is about to die once again.One night, Teycho sneaked out from the hospital to go see Morin at her house, he lies to her that he has surpass over the critical conditon making Morin really happy.
He takes Morin to his house in the country side so both of them can celebrated a little party together, also to keep Sukkarin from finding out of his whereabouts. During that time Methin's heart in Teycho's body begins to beat slower and slower, Sukkarin found Teycho and told him there was a treatment for him so he'll get better. He wanted to spend one more day with Morin, so he ask Sukkarin to pick him up the next day. They next morning when Morin tried to wake Teycho, he didn't response, when she listen to his heart it wasn't beating. She cries and tells Teycho that he had already promise to marry her when he gets better so he should wake up. She drew a ring on his finger, but he still laid on the bed restless. Sukkarin comes and tries to revive him but he wouldn't wake up, when there was nothing he can do he walks off with teary eyes. Morin continue to cry by Teycho's side, putting her head against his chest and shaking him to wake up. A breif moment pass and Morin hears thumping from Teycho's chest, his heart had begun to beat again. Teycho wakes up and did not know that he had almost died, but only waken up to a crying Morin.
Teycho and Morin gets marry, they had a small ceremony with Kroo Phad wishing them luck. They spend their honey moon at Teycho's countryside house, Teycho tells Morin that he had always love her. Love her with his own soul, not because of someone else's heart like she have understood. They hug and looked at a painting of Methin, thanking Methin for giving Teycho another change in life, giving Morin and Teycho a happy ending.
