All Small Claims matters are heard on the last Friday of each month.
A case may be heard on the 9:00 a.m. calendar or the 1:30 p.m. calendar.

In cooperation with the Nevada County Superior Court, Truckee Division, members of the TTBA volunteer their time to act as Pro Tem Judges on the Small Claims Court Calendar. As a service to the general public using the Small Claims Process in Truckee, below is information relating to the Small Claims Court process. Then email TTBA with the date and time (am/pm) of the spot you chose.
Once a member has volunteered to fill a spot,
we ask that the member be responsible to find a substitute
in the event the member is unable to be present.
