"Jiippi" was Nilla's first son (born 1987) and remained Number One in Nilla's life until his unfortunately early death (1993). He took advantage of her mother's endless affection and got himself regularly to trouble - from where his mother had to rescue him...
Jiippi was happy, friendly saluki to his mates. He guarded our house and garden and hated foreign dogs and cats. Our own cat was his best friend and they amused themselves chasing one and other in our back yard daily. He guarded also from humans, I was never afraid when I had him with me.
Jiippi was talented runner, sprinter though, but fast. He was a little bit too "hot" to track-racing, as many salukis are: he was the best and if others did not understand it they had to be told!

Najiib has sired one litter: El Hamrah Y -litter. In that litter there is many beautiful salukis with extremely beautiful expressions, like my all time favorite bitch EH Ylang-Ylang. Ylang-Ylang has litter under El Hamrah prefix too: EH G-litter ( including successful bitches Ganesha and Gamiilah) and through this litter and Ylang-Ylang' sister's Yamaj's as well as brother's Yafuur's litters, Najiib still lives on.
