I've had salukis living with me for twenty years now. Some people collect art, I collect salukis - they really are like art to me. I just love to look at them. They are most beautiful creatures on earth.
Now I don't mean those over sized, over angulated, low faced and heavily moving dogs you see in many show rings today, but salukis with movements light as air, ears like butterflies, deep dark almond shaped eyes, light enough anyone to lift them in their arms. Real hunters, but so beautiful they take your breath away...
