My Favorite Place in My Hometown

My favorite place in my hometown is a temple named white deer temple. It was built from 806 A.C; people keep remedying it till today. It was named by a legend. When China is in Tang (618-907 A.C), a famous prime minister in feudal China called PeiXiu came to my hometown and he gave speeches in this temple sometimes. Every time, a white deer would come out from the forest, hold a flower in its mouth and listened to his speeches. My brushwork teacher had taken me to this temple to sketch its figures of Buddha. It was really a saint place; it made me felt like I was cleared. So I have been decided to be a monk in this temple. Unfortunately, I found that there was not have any monks because all of the people who stayed in this temple were Buddhist nuns. Finally, I gave up to be a monk. Anyway, it still was my favorite place in my hometown.
