Your site must have a Holiday theme, although any holiday qualifies. You can have more than one holiday mentioned as well.Your site must be FAMILY oriented. No adult sites or adult pictures, words, or otherwise allowed.Your site can be a member of webrings. Those who are members of the Holiday Hopes ring will be given first consideration, although it does not disqualify you if your site is not a member of the webring.The site must be tasteful and well-organized, and offer at least two pages of FREE gifs, midis, or signatures for the general public.The site must be both PC and webtv accessible.
