We will use a variety of stretches, including yoga & back stretches, as well as some stretches mentioned in the forums. Remeber this is just a general guideline, we will discuss it and make changes if needed.

Memorize these exercises, as you will do them daily.
Cats cow from chair
Sit with your spine straight and both feet flat on the floor. Feel both sit bones pressing into your chair. Firly grasp your kneecaps and hold them. Shoulders and arms are relaxed.
Inhale slowly, pressing and lifting your chest forward and up. Exhale slowly rounding your back, pulling your navel in to your spine and curling your shoulders forward. Repeat until your body feels relaxed and loose.
Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
