It is also a universal truth that whatever you impress on your subconcious mind is expressed on the screen of space as condition, experience, and event. Remember, it is not the thing believed in, but the belief in your mind that brings about the result. All your experiences, events, conditions, and acts are produced by your subconscious mind in reaction to your thoughts, remember in the previous page how we said how the mind has over 10,000 thoughts a day? Negative thoughts will translate into negative experiences. Stop accepting false beliefs, superstitions, fears, and doubts, that plague us all. When you do this, their is no limit to the amount of growth you can achieve. |

Now some of you may think that it impossible to tame all the thoughts that come into the mind. We can dissolve negative thoughts through scientific prayer or affirmations. Your prayer or affirmation is answered according to the universal law of action and reaction. Thought is incipient action. A good affirmation has five basic ingredients: Its personal Its positive Its present tense Its visual Its emotional |

Using this basic structure an affirmation may look like : "I (personal) am deeply satisfied (emotional) that I am (present tense) tall, healthly, and wise." Quieting your mind, sitting in a relaxing place, and saying this affirmation for 5 minutes, 3 or 5 times daily, impregnates your subconscious mind with this thought, and through the law of action and reaction, it will materialize. When you perform all the stretches and techniques outlined in this program, you are actually systematically conditioning your mind that by performing these actions you will grow. Body builders use this same approach. The book goes more indepth into this very important section, and this it will be updated after we decide how to approach it. By just affirming you have already achieved your goal, depending how much you believe in your mind, you could see almost immediate results. Another key way to impregnate the mind is through mental imagery. Remember when you used to play with toys, and imagine them as if they were real or you as if you where watching a movie? You can use the same imaginary force to your benefit. Most people often link of adults who daydream as lazy, childish, dreamers. Mental imaging is basically a focused day dream, back by belief and affirmations. Using this combination you can achieve any goal. This is why I stated how it is important that you do not limit your goals at all, whether its 2 or 7 inches you want to gain. To create a mental "movie" of your goal, just imagine what it would look like if you where, say, 6'4" right now. Are you in a club getting #'s from girls, doing a slam dunk on the court, walking down the catwalk at a model shoot? Think of a very fun experience you will have when you are tall, and imagine it in the form of a short commercial. Vividly focus on the joy on your face, imagine with great detail how mesmerized those around you are by your stuning height, do close ups of the faces, make the entire "movie" in black and white if that is more dramatic and emotional for you. Just think of the greatest, most emotional experience that will happen when you reach your goal and focus on that, 3-5 times a day, with affirmations and confidence to see it through. |
