Jump again, landing on your left foot, and touch your right toe to the floor out on your right. 3. Jump again, landing on your left foot, and touch your right heel to the floor in front. Repeat Steps 1- 3, reversing your feet. Tips: See tips for Toe-to-Toe (below) Keep your weight balanced on one foot for all three jumps. Wait for the rope to pass under you before touching your foot to the floor. Your foot should touch the floor 6" to 12" away from your other foot.
