Orgasms are very much different from person to person. Here are some facts.

  • There is no typical orgasm for men or women.
  • Both men and women can have multiple orgasm.
  • Simultaneous orgasms are rare. Some good communication during sex and knowing your partner and yourself this can be achieved.
  •  Ejaculation and orgasm in men are 2 different functions. Generally they occur at the same time but a man can ejaculate without having an orgasm and also orgasm without ejaculating.
  • Women do not need vaginal stimulation to reach orgasm. Stimulation to other erogenous zones (nipples, inner thigh) can achieve orgasm.
  • The amount of male ejaculation depends on how often you orgasm, age, fitness, health, stress levels, diet and environmental influences (cold/hot, humidity). Just because you haven't had an orgasm for awhile doesn't mean you will ejaculate bucket loads.
  • The taste of male seaman is influenced by your diet. You may have heard such things as eating lots of pineapple makes it sweet but asparagus makes it sour.
  • Sexually inexperienced woman generally find it hard to orgasm. Some statistics show that 1 in 10 women say they have never reached orgasm. Exploration of your sexuality to make it easier. Masturbation is a good way if find out what turns you on.
  • Some women need penetration to reach orgasm, some need clitoral stimulation or both. As mentioned above these are not the only stimulation needed to reach orgasm.
