Tanya's Diary - Friday, 23 August 2002

"After Caroline marked out the places I'd like to see in London, Aunty Pam and I set off to explore London. We caught the underground to my hotel, dropped off my suitcase and went to see the British Museum. Typical Aunty Pam has to stop and look at everything and read about it - just like Mum.

After I finally managed to drag her out, we went to Harrods. I was overwhelmed by the prices. I only bought a few small things.

I parted company with Aunty Pam after that and went back to my hotel. A girl I shared the room with that night filled me in on the tour. She had just come off one and really enjoyed it."
