You are facing a deadline that is approaching rapidly, your computer freezes, and nothing short of an axe or sledge hammer will provide you with relief. If you are using an older version of AOL, then try upgrading to the current version. In addition, it is possible that the server for Yahoo/Geocities went down. While this is rare, it is possible. Try again later.

I sent an email and it came back with the message "unknown address" ...

Make sure you entered the email address correctly. If you are using a TCC computer lab, the TCC server may have gone down. Try again later:

I can't print the pages at the web site ...

The problem involves your computer and your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Since there are so many variables involved it is doubtful I will be able to assist you with this issue. One option is to travel to a TCC campus and do the printing in one of the computer labs.
