WELCOME
TO THE XMAS TECHNOSPORT CAMP
December 28-31 2006

• PARK YOUR CAR ON THE STREET OR IN THE PARKING LOT….PLANT POOL, PRESTON AT SOMERSET
• ENTER PLANT POOL ON SOMERSET SIDE
• PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE POOL ENTRANCE
• CHANGE INTO YOUR SWIMMING COSTUME AND BRING AN EXTRA TOP AND TOWEL TO THE SHALLOW END
• Dec. 28...5-6PM and Dec. 29...6-7AM will be swim practice only that you may attend free if registered for camp or $25.00 if not registered for camp
• REGISTER AND PAY FOR THE CAMP EVENING OF DEC. 29 IF NOT ALREADY PAID
• FOLLOW PROGRAM TIMES AS INDICATED ON FLYER
• WARM UP AS PER ASSIGNED FOR EACH SESSION
• GROUP COACHING WILL BE READY FOR YOU 15 –20 AFTER WARM-UP
• BRING YOUR OWN VIDEO TAPE
