1. Please be reminded that Ottawa University is closed this Easter Friday to Monday inclusive so there will be no practices.
2.  Email me for any workouts you may want to do on your own during that time.
3. Attend the Easter Camp at Plant pool Good Friday...there are 3 spots left. 

We are proud to announce 66 swimmers will represent our team at the Quebec Champs...let me know today if you wish to attend and I will send your entry along with these swimmers already entered. 

If you are not attending the Quebec Champs I request that you swim hard along side with your team mates for the next 3 weeks at practice. You will help them better prepare for their races with your focus and dedication at practice leading up to the meet.
