Thank you swimmers, coaches and social team for a great weekend. I was privileged to witness from all of you disciplined swimming with great attitude. Your team spirit was second to none.

I could feel the warmth from all of you as you bonded and helped each other through each race and the elite competitive experience. We dominated and are still Champions of Quebec.

It is now time to prepare for Canadian Champs in Quebec City next year during the May long weekend as well as the upcoming May 5 swim meet, open water meets and Triathlons.

Keep the focus and lets have some fun this summer.

We are in need of timers for the May 5 swim meet and only have 10 swimmers registered so far...so please get your entries in now by completing below. If you are not competing please volunteer to time.
