We have made arrangements with a hotel in Quebec City for the Canadian Masters Championship to be held May 16-19, 2008.

As you may be aware, this is the 400th anniversary of the City and many activities will take place throughout the year. It is also a time where hotels are the most occupied by conferences and other events. Therefore, hotel space will be very limited and very expensive. However, we have found an hotel with a good price and good benefits but to ensure that you have a room at that rate you have to make your reservation by November 23, 2007.

Rates are as follow (In order to get this rate you have to stay a minimum of three nights) :

• Single or double (one queen size bed) $83 per night
• Triple and Quadruple (two double bed) $86 per night

Included in your room rate:

• Complimentary Continental breakfast
• Free parking
• Washer and Dryer machine (useful for us) - maybe minimal cost for this - not sure
