March 26, 2009:  Technosport MSO Results Documents...

Thank you!!!!... Steve Cann…who has produced some great documents for Ontario Champs swimmer...see attached files below. I really like the “results by swimmer card”…something you can print for yourself and show your family or laminate and use it as a place mat!!

1)  MSO2009-MeetPointsRanking.pdf - This expands on the club point totals published by the meet management.  Total points for Technosport is 16pts lower than what the meet official results say.  166KB
2)  MSO2009-MeetPointsGenderInfo.pdf - This breaks the clubs down into their male and female points. (Looks like the women of Technosport beat the men...)  197KB
3)  MSO2009-ResultsBySwimmer-TECH-ON.pdf - The results for Technosport grouped by swimmer.  2.1MB
4)  MSO2009-ResultsByEvent-TECH-ON.pdf - The results for Technosport grouped by event.  1.1MB
5)  MSO2009-ResultsSwimmerPointSummary.pdf - Technosport swimmers ranked by points earned at the meet. (We had 4 swimmers earn the maximum possible points: Rob Read, Margaret Bakish, Pat Angus and Pat Niblett)  310KB

Steve calculated that we could have won the meet with 26 swimmers…even if the 26 swimmers did not compete he calculated that we would have won the meet with 33 swimmers which suggests great depth in our team.

Every swimmer on our team managed to acquire individual points as well as relay points.

Congratulations women…you BEAT!!!!!.... the men 3876.0 to 3784.5 which suggests great strength for both and fantastic improvement in our women’s team since last year.

I would like to thank you all who went to the meet and other team members who came to watch your teammates swim…truly a great family!!!!

….For those who did not compete at the meet I would encourage to talk to those who did and share their joy …perhaps encouraging you to participate next time.
