07/26/06 - Anime Central for M.A.R.S.

This is the first update I posted in a long time, Yes I am still here. I started a blog site "Anime Central" to do updates since I don't have the time anymore to update this site. I can do quick updates when I get anime info, watched a new anime, etc. You can comment on any post and we can have discussions. I think this will be a way to keep giving info given the time constraints I now have. I hope you all like it!

12/07/03 - Ninja Scroll 10th Anniversary SE

This was released recently. I compared it to the old version and its really cleaned up. It looks much lighter, and a lot more clear. They added a wide screen mode, which looks sweet on my TV, and Surround Sound modes. Any Ninja Scrool fan would love this, and there are some cool extras as well.

06/09/03 - Current Update status

I have spent a LOT OF TIME updating the look to the site. Every page had been edited, fixed a lot of color, link, text and spacing issues I have been meaning to fix. It took a while but I am finally done. Along with many other updated I added to new categories to the rating page, the (1)Content and (2)Comments and Info. sections. I have done these mostly done from my memory (espically older stuff) so If I forgot something or I am a little bit off, let me know and I will look into it and fix, if needed! The main thinking for this, I don't have time to write reviews at this time, so I thought I could do the Content and Comments to give a little info on each anime. I have not done a lot as of yet, because I just wanted to get the new look of the site done and up. I will try to get them up ASAP, so like always, keep watching Anime!

03/17/03 - Miyazaki's Movies on DVD

Miyazaki's Spirited Away, as well as, Castle In The Sky and Kiki's Delivery Service were all just released on DVD. They are all very good and would be a good purchase. His other movie Princess Mononoke is also on DVD, Take a look!

03/17/03 - Cartoon Network Info.

New Dragon Ball Z episodes start today, hopefully that will play it out without more of this mid-series stopping nonsence. Also Yuyu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin are on after Dragon Ball Z. Yuyu Hakusho has been on but Rurouni Kenshin is new to Cartoon Network, ans is very good, enjoy!

10/16/02 - Neon Genesis EVANGELION: The End Of Evangelion

This was released recently. All Neon Genesis EVANGELION fans will want to see the conclusion to this great series.

07/30/02 - Neon Genesis EVANGELION: Death And Rebirth

This was released today. It is a double sided DVD. Neon Genesis EVANGELION fans will want this. Now bring on "The End Of EVANGELION!"

07/30/02 - Escaflowne: The Movie - Ultimate Edition

I got this set on DVD Last week. The movie was really good, Its a side story, not a continuation from the series. It has all the characters in a simular Gaia but its all diffrent slightly. That said it was still really good. The Ultimate Edition comes with an extras DVD, Soundtrack and Booklet. It worth the extra $20 for Die hard fans or even casual even fans.

07/30/02 - Record Of Lodoss War OVA Re-Release

I was happy to see this, and would get it if I didn't have the original set. Looks like there are more extras and the packaging is done like the recently released TV series set. Both are definatly worth getting.

I am a huge ANIME fan and I have a big ANIME collection, 100+, Movies and Series (that number does not include volume #'rs), and there is still a lot out there that I have yet to see. This site is an Anime rating site and much more, is has a rather large and growing music page, Anime reviews(of course), it has character bio's, and a lot more. This site is here to let "Mr./Ms. Anime Fan" know what one may want to view or skip completely. This is done by giving an unbiased review of the Anime in question. An Anime's ratings and reviews are done by myself along with others that will help to ensure that the Anime gets a fair rating. I will also look at any Sugestions YOU may have, if you think that an Anime is reviewed unfairly or otherwise. If I were to get a good reason to review an Anime, I WILL re-view it to see if I need to make changes If I THINK IT IS NESSACARY. I do this because I want a more objective view of the Anime by getting more then one opinion. This gives a better rating of the Anime being looked at and it gives a better opinion that is not just based on my feelings about it!

Please remember that all the Anime rated and/or reviewed on this site is Anime that I have in my personal collection, so fell free to ask any questions about any of them!

Evangelion Movie/Kiss

For those of you that do not know what Anime is, it would be good to read below in the All About Anime Page. For you accomplished Anime fans I would like know what you think about my site. I think that you will find it intresting. My goal is to put as much Anime informaion into my site as possible giving new Anime viwers as well as seasoned Anime fanatics as much depth as possible. I think everyone will enjoy coming to M.A.R.S, many times and letting others know about it, to either to learn more about anime or just to look around enjoying this great hobby!

I made this picture as a Tribute to my favorate Shooter series "Thunder Force." It is the best shooter series on the genesis (2-4) and the sequel Thunder Force V is now on Sony Playstaton in the US(The Saturn was out first, in Japan only). The Original THUNDER FORCE was on the Sharp X1 Computer in 1983, not released in the US, if anyone has any more info, please let me know.
