did ... leave?
Most cast members who have left the show left purely because they felt
it was time to move on. As you will see from the next section, some
have gone on to do very well indeed. Sadly the show also lost Birdy
Sweeney (Eamonn) and Tony Doyle (Brian), two very well-loved actors,
when they passed away in 1999 and 2000.
What else have I seen ... in?
Many familiar faces from BallyK pop up in other things. Most of
the actors in BallyK are based in Ireland, so you'll see a few of them
in
virtually any Irish drama/film you care to name. I couldn't possibly
begin to list them all here, but the best resource I know for this is
the IMDb (Internet Movie Database).
