What's this? Another Pokemon Game? That's right! Its Pokemon Crystal! Nintendo's always the one to come out with a unique revolutionary type of gaming, such as the "Hey you, Pikachu!" VRS adaptor and the link trade system which Satoshi Tajari developed. This time its the "Mobile Adaptor". And included with it, will be Pokemon Crystal!

Don't think Pokemon Crystal will include 150 new Pokemon, because it won't. Or at least that's what NOJ is telling us. Its just the new "Pokemon Pikachu Yellow" of G/S. G/S/C is like R/B/Y. Aww, dont' sigh yet! You haven't' heard the new features of it yet.

In a land where technology is always growing, Nintendo has good plans of unraveling the Mobile Adaptor into all the PokeManiac's daily lives. The Mobile Adaptor, what NOJ is calling it for now, is a system where players can "go online" to check with NOJ for extensive Crystal Information. Such as seeing when you'll be able to capture Mew or Celebi.

You will also be able to battle other trainers with the Mobile Adaptor. The Mobile Adaptor will be able to plug into your Cell Phone, so you dial up to the service and use touch tone to find your way into a battle or information database. Though, your probably asking; cell phone? Everybody who's everybody has a Cell phone in Japan. Man, Women and Baby use them as a daily essential.

Also new in Pokemon Crystal, is the ability to be a female Character, Minaki. Not much is known about her, other than you'll be able to play her in Crystal. Minaki is a seeker of Suicine, the mysterious Pokemon! You will be able to encounter Suikun in the game.

Minikai is focused upon girls. Stats show only around 11% of Pokemon players are female. That is considerably low, and NOJ has seen this. They plan on having ruby (pink) colored boxes and game packs, to lure girls into Pokemon. Cell phones aren't fully girl devices, but girls do use them in Japan. This could of also been a new strategy.

With Pokemon Crystal, you'll also be able to plug it into your Pokemon Stadium GSC game, and use your characters on Crystal onto Pokemon Stadium GSC to fight in full 3D with friends.

More new features will be added into Pokemon Crystal aswell, such as animation in Pokemon Characters. For example, Hinorashi [Cynaquil] will be able to animate its flame on its back. This is alot more attactive than the dull still images the games had in the past.

Though NOJ plans on making Pokemon Crystal a hit in Japan, they do not know what to expect in the states. Pokemon Crystal's Mobile Adaptor seems far less appealing here in the US, than in Japan. So it is safe to say, the Mobile Adaptor won't make it to the US. Or rather, Pokemon Crystal won't be released at all. Die hard Pokemon fans won't let this pass by, but they won't get the same features as in the land of the Rising sun.
