Travel Contract | ||||||||||||||||||||
Because Yao is taking you to his home country, he expects that you will be a good traveler. This includes respecting Yao and his Thai culture as well as being open to new things and places that you have never experienced or seen before. We are a small, private group that travels together for adventure and education. Therefore, it's very important that you are respectful of those in our group as well as those you meet along the journey. | ||||||||||||||||||||
We will provide you with a memorable adventure as well as: | ||||||||||||||||||||
*All accommodations including guest houses, hotels (based on two persons sharing a two twin-bedded room), and dorm-style bamboo huts when trekking. See the Travel Itinerary for details. (Single rooms in the guest houses and hotels are available for an additional cost of $200.) *Meals as indicated on the Travel Itinerary as breakfast (B), lunch (L), and dinner (D). *Four-day trek in Northern Thailand. *Land transportation by bus, train, boat, mini van, or song teow as indicated on the Travel Itinerary. *A group size of between one and ten travelers. *Yao - your experienced travel group leader and guide. *One-day cooking lesson. *One two-hour massage. *An entrance ticket to a Muay Thai boxing match, the Thai Cultural Center, the Hill Tribe Museum, the Ayuthaya UNESCO Historical Site, Wat Pho reclining Buddha temple, Bangkok Grand Palace, the WWII JEATH Museum, and Erawan National Park. *Airline ticket from Chiang Rai to Bangkok. |

It will be your responsibility to provide an adventurous positive attitude as well as the following: | ||||||||||||||||||||
*Any and all baggage fees including excess baggage, forwarding or loss of baggage. *International airline ticket to and from your home country to Thailand plus airport tax. *Passport and visas. *Any and all charges or costs for medical & evacuation expenses, inoculations, or travel insurance. *All beverages including bottled water. *Meals not indicated on the Travel Itinerary as B, L, or D. *Charges and tips for room services. *Laundry service. *Optional trips or special arrangements. *Spending money for souvenirs. *Any and all expenses from delays beyond our control due to weather, sickness, transportation, governmental actions, or other non-foreseeable events. |
