Ingredients Steamed rice - 2-3 cups Garlic - 2 Tbsp Oil - 1 Tbsp Vegetables - You can use any kind of vegetable! Onion, Chinese cabbage, Carrots for example. Eggs - 2 beaten tomato - 1 cup, wedged fish sauce - 2 Tbsp. Sugar - 1 Tbsp oyster sauce - 1-2 Tbsp soya sauce - 1 Tbsp. Salt - 1 Tbsp. |
Instructions Prepare the steamed rice. Fry garlic in hot oil with any kind of meat or tofu depending on what you want until it’s brown. Use low heat so garlic won’t burn. Add vegetables and stir then add the rice and stir. Add the eggs and mix until they are not runny. Stir in tomatoes. Season with oiyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar, and salt. Add fish sauce to taste and keep on stirring for another minute. Serve on individual plates and garnish with fresh cucumber, coriander, spring onion, and lime juice! |

Instructions Put the oil into the wok and fry the garlic, shallots, and pickled turnips until they turn brown. Then add the soaked rice noodles. Keep stirring over the high heat adding water until the noodles are soft. Then add the eggs and season with fish sauce, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, and mollasses stirring well to combine. Add the tofu, peanuts and stir to combine. Then add bean sprouts and stir together. Turn off the heat and serve garnished with lime wedges and fresh vegetables. |
