Instructions Barbeque the beef how you like it (rare, medium, well done) and then slice it in bite-sized pieces. Put in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients in with the beef. Stir well. Taste and add more fish sauce or lime juice to suit your taste. Serve with fresh vegetables, lettuce, or cabbage. |
Instructions Put the glass noodles into a strainer and pour boiling water over them. Transfer the cooked glass noodles into a bowl of cold water. Strain the glass noodles and put them into a bowl along with the pork or shrimp, water, garlic, onion, chilies, chinese celery, fish sauce, lime juice and tomato. Mix thoroughly and taste. Add more fish sauce or lime juice to suit your taste. |

Ingredients grass noodles - 4 oz. Cut into 15cm. lengths and then soaked in water for 10 minutes. Pork or shrimp - 4 oz. If pork finely mince and boil until it is cooked or shrimp have be cooked. Reserve 4 Tbsp of water. 5 cloves of garlic - crushed. 1 onion - sliced. 10 small red chilies - thinly sliced. 1 oz. Chinese celery - sliced. Fish sauce - 3 Tbsp. Lime juice - 2 Tbsp. 1 tomato - cut in 1/2 length ways and then thinly sliced. 1 cup of mushrooms cooked - any kind. coriander - 1 Tbsp. chopped. |
