How come I received multiple boxes, I only had one order?

There are several distribution warehouses that fill orders. Sometimes an item is out of stock. So the order is filled by another warehouse, causing more than one package shipped to complete your order. Don't worry, you aren't charge extra for the shipping on multiple packages.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The standard time is 4-6 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks during high mailing times. (i.e. Christmas, 4th of July etc.) All of our orders are processed on Mon. Wed. & Fri. So be assured that your order will be completed promptly.
Most orders are shipped UPS, if you wish to have your order shipped through another service, please let us know. Remember that UPS needs a street address for deliver, they can not deliver to a P.O.Box.

Can you find a special item for me? I can't find it anywhere.

Sure! We can try to locate a hard to find item for you, though no guarantee is made that we will find it. If there is anything that you like a lot just ask if we can carry the item. Let us know where you saw the item and who knows, we may be able to get it too.

How much is shipping?

We've calculated shipping into the price of our items, that way there's no extra costs. The total in your shopping cart is the total you pay.

Our specials are often available at reduced prices, Also there's the Buy 2 get 1 Free Sale we offer regularly on many popular items. There are often closeouts also where you can get discounted sets, units or lots.
