- Our Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described.
- If not completely satisfied, return merchandise as in accordance with Terms #1. Please email within five days of delivery to ask for replacement or store credit.*
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with the original sales receipt.
- There is a required 10% restock fee for fine jewelry returns.
