he youngest Kindred in Portage, Diamond Reynolds is being prepared for her life to come. She is however, no child. A rash, snippity, rude, aggressive, and stately woman; Here were all the traits Lucas were looking for, wrapped up in a sensous package. Diamond was an all American girl from the Northwest Indiana area. She had the charms of the girl next door, and the skills of a black-belt geisha girl. She enlisted in the Military at eighteen, served two years, and than got out. She than came home to a job at Vandala's Nightclub, working as a bouncer. It was there that she involved herself unknowingly in the ways of the vampire. It was there that she would meet Lucas. She was a protected treasure, but darker workings were at hand, and Lucas knew that the safety of his childe needed to be insured. Diamond continued learning the ways of Kindred and the Ventrue, but was hidden under the wing of her new Mentor, Wolfspirit, to whom Lucas had entrusted Diamond as a ward. And so they shifted into the night, away from the ever present danger that lurks at the feet of her sire.
