The Plains:
The Plains of the Neutrals are in between the evil's Higher territories and the good coast. Neutrals are not confined to either side. They just really don't care. They are neither evil nor good, and try to stay away from the wars between them. They steal if its important to them, and the fight if they are messed with. They believe in nothing. They won't bend out of their way for people they don't know, but will happily bend for someone they care for. They are indiferent to violence, and they hate no one.
