Abstract:
Dual nature of
light and why speed of light is the maximum speed attainable in nature
is explained. The material medium or the Ether is rediscovered.
Question
of light broke down the Mechanical World-View. Light is assumed to be
traveling at the maximum speed that nature allows. But Einstein who made
such assumption failed to explain why it is so?
Light produced both the property of wave and particle. Science
failed to comprehend how they co-exit. Thus light became mystery to
science. Science has to come to accept that it has both property and
never bothered to explain why, consequently, science has not been able
perceive a new solid base to view nature. Let us explore briefly how our
present vision overcomes it.

Third type] We noted there that when the critical state is
reached the system turns into a relative non equilibrium system emitting
charge to the out side on one plane and sucking charge from the second
plane
In
our vision particles that are emitted from a non- equilibrium system of
the third type are the light particles.
It
is important that we differentiate here Newtonian matter and Einsteinian
matter. Newtonian vision resist motion because it left and right
componen pairs exist in union and their equilibrium point lies to the
inside. In contrast to this light particle has its pair to the outside.
Hence its equilibrium point lies to the out side and by instinct it

An
important aspect of light is
that

These light particles are always produced in a relative manner and has
its destination on the other side. That is the light particle originated
on the left has its destination in the right and vice –versa. They
jump to the opposite side in one quantum jump. It is mediated by 6 more
charges. These charges in fact are the fields See fig.- 56
The path
of light is a three quantum jump see fig-57. The fist quantum jump takes
it to the other side. The next quantum jump is directed to the center.
The third is a jump to the lower path. See fig 57. In fact all these
quantum jumps are winding circle jumping from higher to lower ring.
When three such rings are completed the particle returns to the
plane from where it originated see fig 58 and 59.
We
must not forget that the universe is in flux similar to the one we noted
for the particle of light in rest and this flux has a direction that is
to the center or away from the center. Each path has a dominant and
receive component. It is a three-component path with a middle double
width area [certainty area] an outer and inner single width path that
forms the uncertainty area. See fig –58A. In a compactly wound layers
the upper uncertainty path of the lower path joins with lower
uncertainty path of the immediate upper path, to form a spiral
continuous path. The uncertainty component is thus exposed in the upper
and lower end of the spiral path.
Light
travels first against the external flux. As the light reaches the first
critical state it drops to the lower dominant path. In fact it is pulled
down by the flux, which is changing its direction.
An
important point that we must note here is that the particle of light
here is undergoing an unwinding on one plane and winding on the other.
Thus as the light particle reaches the second critical point it
undergoes a winding of the third type as we visualized earlier and
collapses to emit further charges. [See

–Third Type]. The process goes on till flux force of
the charge and the flux force of the environment equals. Here it
collapses into the flux force of the opposite. The
whole process produces a spiral wave directed to the center, and
particle moves at the tip of it. The medium in which the wave is
transmitted is the gravitational field. Thus we are reinventing the
material medium or Ether
We
must now note that the flux of the environment is graded. The strength
of the flux decreases by certain quantum manner to the outside. Thus the
opposition to the charge emitted at the second step decreases by certain
fixed proportion. Thus the speed is maintained. The wave moving to the
center also is transmitted maintains its speed since the field strength
or flux to the center is increasing by certain proportion. See fig-57.
Light is thus a spiral transmission of the charged particle accompanied
by wave

Now
the second question, how is that all electromagnetic waves has the same
speed. It is simple, the bigger the charge particle, the proportionately
longer is the path it has to travel, proportionately higher is the
friction, proportionately higher is the force necessary to break at the
critical point
