Introduction

Discovery of, DNA and the Gene formed the great landmarks in biological information. It fired human quest to manipulate biological information to human advantage. It completed the mechanical view of biological system. Life was viewed, as mechanical system working under the command of specific information unit, which could be manipulated and synthesized at will.

However, even after more than 5 decades, devouring a major share of human  energy and research funds, it still remains in the cradle. Compared to this the information science of the material world, has revolutionized human life. It is apparent from this that the conceptual vision of biological information that the biologist’s hold is wrong in some fundamental manner and need a review

Problem of the biologist is more related to common sense. It stems from the fact that

1] Biologist in order to know the building blocks of life kills the living system. In other words, biologists study matter part of life not living part of life. 

2] He has isolated living system from the environment in order to develop a picture of living system

Common sense tells us that life has some fundamental instincts. It has an instinct to survive and works constantly to survive forces of environment acting on it. There are two basic forces,

1] Unpredictable force, related to non directed cyclic existence and quantum science [first law of thermodynamics]

2] Predictable related directed process or the second law thermodynamics [relativistic science]

Physical science has failed to comprehend how this uncertainty and certainty co exist. Thus, the world of science exists in two-split world without being able to comprehend the unity. Einstein has clearly shown us that there is a point to which the whole universe collapses and from which every thing originates. The quantum science tells that we cannot predict such collapse absolutely

Second law of thermodynamics applied to biological system and material system shows the basic opposing tendencies. The material world tends from order to disorder and biological systems tend from disorder to order. Thus, it becomes evident that with in the uncertainty there is certainty unfolding or enfolding. This is an important aspect, which should have caught the attention of the intellectual world. Unfortunately, humanity existing in a mad competition to capture the material world has failed to comprehend it.

Biologists being subservient to physical science have failed to comprehend this one to one relationship and their own upper hand beyond it.  The fact that, if not for Galileo the ball would not have gone to the top of the table for him to role the ball and show that the acceleration due gravity is independent of the weight, should call the attention of the world to the role of humanity and his command on the material side of nature. Human intelligence we must note has grown to conquer material nature at will. His intelligence has bought up an information revolution but the question remains, is it rightly directed.  Human instinct always struggles to survive find peace and order, but looking at the world, I feel we have misdirected our intelligence to create disordered and peace less world. It is time we must stop and make a self-searching. There is a need to review living system and its function

A Brief Review of Biological System 

A New Definition to Biological System: - Biological system is a system of information which is struggling to survive against space-time which is unpredictable locally and predictable universally. System is unfolding in time with a purpose.

Here space-time invariably means the environment with all its unpredictability and the evolutionary aspect of nature that shows a clear-cut predictable direction.

I am sure the biologist of today standing on the traditional knowledge will not be able to comprehend it. It is apparent that biological system is a system that exists in three-dimensional space [cyclic space]. This cyclic space is also associated with a direction, this is known as direction of time. This is well proved in Einstein’s relativity theory as the fourth dimension or dimension of time. As biologist, we can call it the evolutionary dimension. We must note that Einstein’s Theory clearly speaks of beginning of time and end of time. Since information works against unpredictability and the direction time, it means biological information has beginning and end and that oppositely coincides the beginning and end of the material time. This close relationship with nature of space-time of the environmental system and biological system forms the core substance of the site.

An attempt to understand the nature of space-time  brings us two very  contradicting theories, one where space-time is predictable and the other where space-time is unpredictable. Newtonian mechanics and relativistic mechanics fall into former category and quantum mechanics to latter category. This necessitated reviewing the foundation of science and remolding it on a new foundation that incorporates all the developments and brings it close relationship biological systems.

Where did biologist Fundamentally go wrong?

It is apparent that all living system exists in four-dimensional space. Biologists have failed to comprehend this truth. Biologists have been trying to understand living system on a single plane under a microscope and are miserably struggling to comprehend the truth. Their approach in not sensible and does not suit the study of living material that exist and functions in a four dimensional space.  Their approach to study thus has reveled one face of life. Thus, we know that gene is triple code but we do not know why it is so. We know the genes are paired one dominant the other recessive but we do not know why they are so and what is the role of recessive gene. We know that they have two types of division mitotic a meiotic, but we do not know why this takes place in a specific manner mixing the old and new strand. In total biologist, exist in absolute ignorance of life and its processes.

What this invariably means the absolute knowledge would strike humankind, as the nature tends to collapse under his conquering motive and corruption. Collapse is a time when the expansion stops and contraction begins.
