Restaurant Tips
What to eat when going out.
General Tips
Order grilled or baked meat, fish and poultry dishes with salad or vegetables as a side dish. Entree style salads with meat, cheese and no croutons are always a reliable choice. Eat Light Portions or whatever would fit into the palm of your hand. American restaurants generally serve oversized portions. If you know your going out, get some exercise earlier in the day. You will feel like you deserve a good meal at a nice restaurant. Dining out is one of the greatest pleasures in life. Savor your food and enjoy your company and surroundings.
