Pandan Place, an integrated development located 10 kilometres north of Johor Bahru City will incorporate the region's largest distribution centre for freshly processed chickens.

The development will also see the construction of a high-tech chicken processing centre, ten blocks of four-storey shop houses, a 13 storeys condominium block, two blocks of 18 storeys office tower, a shopping mall, a petrol kiosk and food processing factories.

The 39 acres Pandan Place, costing RM400 million, will see it's first phase of construction complete before the year 1999.
