Ask about our romance package The AwareNest Victorian Bed and Breakfast was built in 1901 as a home for a conductor with the Denver-Rio Grande railway. It is a fully restored authentic Victorian furnished with period antiques and vintage stained glass. We encourage our guests to relax in the front parlour or join us for a cup of tea in our formal dining room in front of the crackling fire.

We are located on a quiet tree street amongst a neighborhood of turn of the century homes. Pikes Peak Avenue is part of the designated bicycle route that joins the Historic district of Colorado Springs to the Historic district of Old Colorado City which is filled with quaint boutiques and charming eateries.

While traditional meat dishes are prepared upon request, abundant heart healthy cuisine is our specialty. Cookies, breads and muffins are made fresh daily and we offer complimentary 24 hour coffee and tea service.
