Zaidi would always have poor people at his Shabat table. The poor would go to Shul ,and Zaidi would always take a few home for the Shabat meal.

One Shabat evening there were no poor people in Shul. Zaidi went home, made kiddush, but was unable to eat. His children went looking through the streets until they found a poor person and took him home to join them at the Shabat table.
