The Turkish Governor House

The governor house was built on 1906 by the Turkish government and it accommodated Beer Sheva governor. The building has two floors. In the first floor there is a reception hall and in the second floor there are the living rooms. Each section had its own entrance. On 1938 the building was assigned to girl school and served as school until 1948. On 1949 the municipality of Beer Sheva started its activity in this building for several years. Today the building is part of the Negev museum.
