The Magister, or so he proclaims, is the chief of the Novus Ordo Aurora Aurea and commander of Regina's tasks. A skilled magician and twisted soul, he uses Regina to revive the nearly dead NOAA, which once controlled the planet Novus, and was responsible for its demise when the people objected to their ways.
The Magister was responsible for starting a world-wide war on Novus, killing off all the Novus empire and leaving him only left with dead NOAA initiates.
He planned to re-established a new Order and present himself to to the planets Rosso, Bianco, and Giallo, vowing war if the Religion of the NOAA was rejected. Not powerful enough to release his Master without a proper woman host, he waited and bid his time until the right woman came along, so that he could control her for his own twisted means....Unfortunately, that woman happened to be the innocent Regina...
