The Maiden of the NOAA, Lucia, is the estranged younger sister of Annabella, who ran away from the castle out of hate for her sister who took over the throne after their parents were killed. Lucia was offered equal power as her sister, but rejected out of not wanting to share the throne.
Wandering on the outskirts of the royal city, she encountered a young girl and they quickly befriended each other. Unfortunately, the young girl was actually the Scribe of the NOAA looking for recruits, and Lucia was quickly snatched away and initiated against her will.
